One Martini, Two Martinis, Three Martinis, Four? Whoops! That's a lot of martinis (at least in one sitting, right?) These days of Zoom calls one after the other can be exhausting - much more so than being in the office (if you asked me at least).
And the Zoom Happy Hours continue to keep coming - at first, it was wine (is it still rose' season?) but for the Fall, I think I am going to switch to a classic martini. There is just something cool and sexy about drinking a martini - even if you are doing so in front of a computer screen.....
The dry martini (the one we have grown most accustomed to ordering) comes from us courtesy of the Knickerbocker Hotel in NYC. This hotel has a lot of history dating back to the 1900s and now it has one of the best rooftops in Manhattan (we wrote about that here Our Favorite Rooftop Bars In New York City)
So everyone has their favorite way to make a martini, and we aren't going to tell you how to make one. Just remember the following......
- Use your favorite gin or vodka
- Make it as cold as possible 🥶
- Drink and feel fabulous
How hard is that? Cheers everyone!
