  • What is Hotel Beauty Box?
  • Hotel Beauty Box is a subscription box service that provides you with the ability to create a fun, unique staycation experience in your own home.  


  • What comes in each box? 
  • Each box’s theme will be a branded boutique hotel from around the world.  Included in the box will be beauty and self-care products to create a hotel spa experience in your own home, amenities like you would receive in a boutique hotel, recipes for food and drinks that you can make yourself and more to create interactive activities with you and your friends. 


  • How much does Hotel Beauty Box cost?
  • An annual membership (4 boxes quarterly) is $250.   If you would like to purchase an individual box, the price is $65 per box. 


  • Can I select what comes in my box?
  • At this time, you do not have the ability to select what comes in each box.  But trust us, you are in good hands! Beauty, hotel and fashion insiders are making the decisions for you!  


  • When can I expect my box to arrive? 
  • Boxes are currently scheduled for the following months - January, April, July and October.   Please expect your boxes to arrive by the 15th of each month via USPS. 


  • Do you ship outside the United States? 
  • At this time, we do not ship outside the United States, but please follow us on social media - the more fans we get in other countries will determine where we will ship to next!!! 


  • How do I contact Customer Service? 
  • Please reach out by emailing us at checkin@hotelbeautybox.com  We are happy to help you and will get back to you within 24 hours!  


  • What is your cancellation policy? 
  • We do not offer refunds on the annual subscription or the purchase of an individual box.  However, we definitely want you to be happy and want to understand why you want to cancel your subscription.  As a startup, we are learning as we go, so we want to hear how we can improve the boxes going forward!   


  • What happens if my box arrives damaged? 
  • Oh no!   We are so sorry to hear that!   Please contact us at checkin@hotelbeautybox.com and we will work with you to replace the items in your box or find suitable replacements.
